Our Commitment to Safety
At Amberly Dental, we are taking every precaution to ensure the safety of our patients and our team. We pride ourselves on the understanding and execution of proper infection control protocols. However, due to the current circumstances surrounding COVID-19, we have adjusted our current infection control protocol as needed. We sincerely ask for your complete cooperation with these changes, and we thank you for continuing to trust Amberly Dental to provide you with exceptional dental care.
To help limit contact within the office, we are altering our schedule to limit the number of patients being seen in the office at one time. Our waiting area has been rearranged to encourage proper social distancing, as well as the removal of reading materials, toys, and other commonly shared materials from the waiting area. We will leave it up to the discretion of our patients whether you are more comfortable waiting in the waiting area, or if you would prefer to wait in your car and be contacted via phone call or text message when we are ready to seat you.
Temperatures will be taken on all patients prior to being seated in treatment rooms, and we will be requesting a signature on a COVID-19 disclosure form that has been provided by the American Dental Association.
We ask that only the patient being seen for treatment come to the appointment. Please call us if this is going to be an issue, and we will do what can be done to accommodate if absolutely necessary. In order to help keep down the potential of cross contamination, we request that you leave any unnecessary personal effects at home or in your car.
If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms or if the following apply to you at all, please call us and we can reschedule your appointment. This includes but is not limited to:
- Sore Throat
- Runny Nose
- Reduction or loss of sense of smell
- You have been tested for COVID-19 and are awaiting results
- You have had contact with someone who tested positive for COVID-19 or is awaiting results
