Fees are very affordable
Here’s how it works. There are 3 levels of coverage: regular, premium and platinum. You choose the level that fits your situation best, and your coverage begins immediately.
Regular
This membership level includes:
- 2 oral exams and hygienic cleanings per year
- any necessary x-rays (not including 3D imaging)
- 20 percent off all other services, including periodontal therapy
- 1 fluoride treatment per year
- annual oral cancer screening
The membership fee is $25 per month or $300 per year.
Premium and Platinum
These levels provide additional cleanings: 3 and 4 per year, respectively. The Premium fee is $31 per month or $375 annually. The Platinum fee is $38 per month or $400 annually.
Advantage memberships renew automatically at the anniversary date, but members have the option to cancel within 30 days prior to renewal.
