That\u2019s impossible!\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The title of this article came from something one of my patients said to me.\u00a0 From what I collected, the conversation went something like this:<\/p>\n<p>Patient: \u201cYeah, my dentist told me I need a crown.\u00a0 It\u2019s my first one.\u00a0 He said the tooth would be good as new when I left the office.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Co-worker:\u201dOhhhh no, you\u2019ll be wearing a temporary when you leave.\u00a0 Trust me I\u2019ve had many.\u00a0 They\u2019re awful.\u00a0 They don\u2019t fit right, they\u2019re rough, and half the time it comes off before your next appointment.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Patient: \u201cThere are two appointments?!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Co-worker: \u201cYep, you have to take off work twice, go in twice, get numb twice.\u00a0 Good luck!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Patient: \u201cI\u2019m pretty sure he told me it would only be one visit.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Co-worker: \u201cDental crown in one visit?
