Advantage Dental Plan

Our compassionate dentist and team in Waverly, Nebraska, offer a reduced cost-savings plan for uninsured patients in need of preventive care here at Amberly Dental. Unlike conventional dental insurance, this plan has no deductibles, yearly maximums or waiting periods for you and your family members to receive care when you need it. This plan includes:

• Two dental cleanings and exams
• All X-rays, except for 3D imaging
• Two courtesy fluoride treatments
• An oral cancer screening
• 20% off periodontal cleanings or other services
• Discounts for each additional family member

Pricing for Our Advantage Dental Plan

The cost of this plan depends on how many cleanings you are looking to receive each year. For example: For two cleanings, the plan starts at $349. For three cleanings, the plan starts at $436. For four cleanings, the plan starts at $529. Any adults and children 15 years and younger can enroll in this plan, and payment is due at the time of service.
