Your First Visit
After being offered a complimentary beverage by our front desk team, you’ll be escorted to your treatment room, where one of our assistants will briefly ask you about your medical/dental history. Then, you’ll get to meet your dentist, and they’ll spend a little time getting to know you, learning about your particular dental goals. Your dentist will then perform a complete oral exam, go over their findings with you, and discuss treatment recommendations. After you’ve asked any questions you might have, you’ll receive a refreshing teeth cleaning.
New Patient Forms
We truly value your time, so to help start your appointment as quickly as possible, you now have the option to download our patient forms and fill them out ahead of your first visit. Simply click on the link below and complete them at your leisure. When the day of your appointment arrives, simply bring the forms with you, and we’ll get you in to see your dentist right away!
